User-Provided Information 

By using the 'Share Feedback' feature on the app, we may receive your e-mail address, version of the application you're using, and your iOS version. This information is received for the purpose of providing support and customer service for Clash Fanatic App. We may use your e-mail address to directly respond to your feedback. Tapping on the ‘Want Your Clan Featured?’ button will open up your devices e-mail App to send us an e-mail with your clan’s details. We may reach out to users that request a clan feature to see how their experience is going with the App, along with basic marketing-related questions. If you do not wish to be contacted by us through e-mail, do not contact us with the ‘Want Your Clan Featured?’ option.

Do Third Parties See and/or Have Access to Information Obtained by the Application?

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Application and our service. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
